The Business Working Group focuses on the objective of identifying viable business models based on the the principles of IP datacasting.

Although it is widely held that combining the economy and ubiquity of broadcasting with the vitality and dynamics of the Internet is generally a 'good idea', it doesn’t follow that it represents sound business practice. One of the first tasks undertaken by the Forum has been to undertake an in-depth study of the potential business cases for IP Datacasting and present the results to the membership.
