Once a year, all of the IP Datacast Forum members gather together for a General Assembly. During the General Assembly meeting every member can have influence on the important matters of the Forum, like the budget, work program and election of the steering group.

The Chairman of the IPDC Forum is Terry Howard from Arqiva. Jouni Kämäräinen from Nokia acts as the Vice Chairman and other Steering group members are Ingela Lindahl from Teracom, Keith Hayler from CrownCastle, Andrea Luminari from Abertis Telecom, Bernard Pauchon from TDF and Steffen Ring from Motorola.

The IP Datacasting Forum activity is organized into workgroups of different interests. The current focus areas of the workgroups are the issues like Business, Regulations, Pilot implementation and PR.
